Our Organic Raw Honey is harvested by hand from the hives we keep right here on our farm. Our bees spend their days buzzing through the flower beds, fields, and wild edges of conserved forest, pollinating everything from herbs to sunflowers, and in return, they gift us this beautiful, golden honey. It’s raw, unfiltered, and untouched by heat or processing, keeping all the natural enzymes, nutrients, and flavour intact.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Over time, raw honey may naturally crystallize, this is normal and a sign of its purity. To soften, place the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently.
