We are a family business of health enthusiasts with a love for farming, sustainability, and vibrant living, which led us to dive into the world of organic micro-greens in 2014.

As a big family, we grew micro-greens for ourselves and incorporated them into meals every single day. Our kids loved them, our friends and family loved them… and our chickens loved them. So we thought “why stop there?” We needed to share these soil-grown gems with our community and fellow health enthusiasts.From a desire to share the goodness that we were so fortunate to know and grow, our idea sprouted into Timely Harvest.

In 2017, we hired our first migrant worker from Mexico, Paco.
His genuine kindness, hardworking character, and love for life instantly connected with us.
In 2020, he invited his sister, Griselda, and brother-in-law, Pedro to come work with us in our green house operations.

After years of traveling back and forth between Canada and Mexico to see his wife, Alejandra, and their 4 children, he decided he was ready to move to Canada with his entire family to establish his new home.
Paco and his family have become inseparable from our business and family. We are so grateful for his dedication to growing delicious micro-greens and adding a special touch to each leaf we grow. Together, we have cultivated a great friendship and successful business.
